Camp NAWIC Visits Improve I-70 KC

The Clarkson-Radmacher Joint Venture (CRJV) was proud to participate in the TREKK/HNTB Summer Intern Summit this week, providing over 30 interns with an in-depth look at the Improve I-70 Kansas City project.
Interns were welcomed to Clarkson's Crossroads office for lunch and a presentation from project partners representing MoDOT Kansas City, TREKK, HNTB, and CRJV. The presentation offered a comprehensive overview of the project, including updates on construction efforts, design planning, and the design-build delivery process.
Following the presentation, the group visited the project site for a guided tour to see the work in action. Stops included Benton Boulevard, 23rd Street, and Jackson Avenue where interns had the opportunity to ask questions and speak directly with members of our team, including Clarkson and Radmacher interns who are directly contributing to the project this summer.
We're grateful for the opportunity to host such a bright, engaged group of future industry leaders and to continue supporting workforce development through meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities like these!
