How Clarkson Construction Demolished & Cleared 3 Bridges in Under 48 hours
June 19, 2018Clarkson Team Hits Milestone on KCI New Terminal Project Elevated Roadway
October 27, 2020In late April of 2017, major flooding in Ozark County wiped out the James Bridge on Route PP and the Hammond Camp Bridge on Route CC.
Clarkson Construction was awarded the contract to rebuild the bridges in June of 2017. Because of MODOT’s quick response to fix the destroyed bridges and great partnership with Clarkson Construction, the bridges were reopened by October 2017.
This quick action and coordination allowed for citizens to get back to their daily lives and travel through their communities safely and effectively.
In the fall of 2018, the “Ozark County North Fork River Bridge Replacements” project was awarded an America’s Transportation Award – Mid America Region for Operations Excellence.
Clarkson is proud to be the contractor who replaced the bridges quickly and safely to help reconnect Ozark County communities. Check out this drone footage of the completed bridge.
