Clarkson-Radmacher Joint Venture Selected for Improve I-70 KC Project

Earlier today, we proudly joined the Missouri Department of Transportation, the Massman-Clarkson Joint Venture team, project partners, community representatives, and the public to celebrate a major project milestone -- the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Buck O'Neil Bridge in downtown Kansas City!
Breaking ground in June 2021, this monumental project is set for full completion next month, with the bridge officially opening to traffic in October. The new Buck O'Neil Bridge is designed to last over 100 years, with reduced maintenance costs. It will provide direct connections from I-35 to U.S. 169, feature dedicated lanes into downtown, a new bike and pedestrian lane, access improvements at the downtown airport, and even a scenic overlook with benches and murals.
The Clarkson team is proud to continue leaving our mark on the infrastructure of Kansas City, shaping the the future of our city for generations to come.
