Kansas City Approves Clarkson and JE Dunn as GM/GC for South Loop Project

We're excited to announce that that City of Kansas City, Missouri, City Council has unanimously approved the selection of Clarkson Construction Company and JE Dunn Construction to serve as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (GM/GC) for the transformative South Loop Project. As two companies with deep roots in Kansas City, we're honored to partner on this visionary investment led by the City of Kansas City and the Missouri  Department of Transportation. 

This project is more than just construction -- it's about creating a dynamic, innovative space that fosters connection, engagement, and growth for generations to come. The South Loop Project will transform the downtown landscape, bringing new energy and opportunities to the heart of our city.

Located near both Clarkson's and JE Dunn's headquarters, this project holds special significance for our teams. With decades of experience throughout this corridor, we are proud to contribute our knowledge, experience, and passion to a project that will shape Kansas City's future.
