Clarkson in the Community: Veterans Community Project

At Clarkson, giving back to our community is at the heart of our mission, vision, and values. Our team recently had the privilege of returning to the Veterans Community Project (VCP) to contribute our skills and support their important initiatives. 

Near the VCP Village Community Center, our finishing foreman led a dedicated team in pouring a concrete pad to support a new backup generator for the tiny house village. Meanwhile, our carpenter foreman led another team in completing a brand-new wood deck for the VCP hydroponic farm, Chow Hall Farms. Additionally, members of our team came together to pack dozens of meal kits for distribution from the VCP Outreach Center.

A huge thank you goes to the Vesta Lee Lumber Company for their generous support of this volunteer event. Special recognition also goes to our carpentry crew for their exceptional work in knocking the deck's framing out of the park, setting our volunteer team up for success!
