Video: Bridge Progress in Motion | Colbern Road Reconstruction Project

We're making exciting progress on the Colbern Road Reconstruction Project in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and we're thrilled to share a behind-the-scenes look at one of the most impressive milestones so far.

Over the course of two days, Clarkson crews successfully set sixteen massive girders, each stretching to 135 feet and weighing in at over 125,000 pounds. These massive components form the backbone of the new bridge structure.

From precise planning and crane coordination to safe on-site execution, this project progress is a testament to the hard work and expertise of everyone involved. Up next? Pouring the bridge deck, a single-day effort involving 700 cubic yards of concrete that will bring the new bridge even closer to the finish line.
