Our February employee spotlight features Chance Hollingsworth, one of our Project Managers who’s been with us for one year.

Recent projects: Olathe Soccer Complex, Park Hill South Athletic Complex, Habitat for Humanity KC, and Paragon Star.

Most challenging part of the job: The most challenging part of my job would be trying to balance and maintain project schedules and budget while also preserving the owner’s expectations.

Best part of the job: The best part of my job would have to be the overall completion of a project. The feeling you get after seeing something you’ve built from the ground up come to life and be used is indescribable.

Favorite project: My favorite project would have to be the Olathe Soccer Complex. It was pretty cool to see the first six fields built from start to finish and then watch my own son play competitive soccer on them. It brought on a personal connection to this project.
