Clarkson-Radmacher Joins MoDOT for National Work Zone Awareness Week

Throughout the month of May, Clarkson has proudly celebrated Construction Safety Month with a series of site visits, safety stand-downs, and shared stories across our active jobsites.
From La Cygne to Shawnee and Lee's Summit to downtown Kansas City, our safety team, joined by company leadership and our on-site medical care partners at Mobile Medical, spent the month connecting with crews on the importance of working safe every day. Each site visit included job-specific safety reminders, discussions around heat illness and PPE use, and well-earned lunches from some of the team's favorite local spots.
This year, we asked everyone a powerful question: Who Is Your Why?
Our teams were encouraged to reflect on the people, pets, and motivations that inspire them to make safe choices every day. Throughout the month, we've been proud to share those "whys" and celebrate the personal reasons behind our company-wide commitment to safety.
As Safety Month comes to a close, one thing is clear: our award-winning safety program isn't just built on policies. It's built on people.
The strength of our safety culture comes from each member of the Clarkson team showing up, looking out for one another, and putting safety first every day and on every project. To everyone who shared their story, participated in a stand-down, and made the choice to work smart — THANK YOU.
