Women in Construction Week 2024: Kathy D. Mays

In celebration of Women in Construction Week, we're honoring the amazing women who build with us at Clarkson Construction! We're incredibly grateful for their talent, dedication, and hard work.
Meet Ashley, a member of the Clarkson team since 2023, who joined the construction industry at the age of 19. After kicking off her career as a laborer, she now works as a heavy equipment operator.
"I've worked on three different job sites for Clarkson," Ashley said. "My favorite one so far is the road improvement projects by the Panasonic electric vehicle battery manufacturing facility in De Soto! I love watching the big changes taking place daily and meeting a lot of other Clarkson employees that I haven't had the chance to work with before."
