Trevor Fitch

Trevor leads and supports Clarkson's field operations teams, including grading, concrete paving, structures, GPS, and traffic control departments, as well as the equipment fleet and maintenance departments. His operational leadership ensures seamless coordination across multiple critical functions.

With 22 years of heavy civil construction experience, Trevor has served in various roles at Clarkson, including project manager, senior project manager, and leadership positions overseeing project management and quality teams.

Notable projects include Civil Construction Manager on the Kansas City International Airport New Terminal Project, Landwork Construction Manager on the Buck O'Neil Memorial Bridge Replacement Project, and Structures Manager on the Johnson County Gateway project. Prior to Clarkson, he held diverse roles including traffic control supervisor, project engineer, superintendent, quality manager, project manager, and estimator.

Trevor earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska and is active in the AGC of Missouri.

Trevor and his wife Wendy of 20 years enjoy spending time with their two children, coaching and attending their activities, along with traveling, lake trips to the Lake of the Ozarks, and tackling house projects together.
