Seth Phillips
Chief Technology Officer
Seth leads Clarkson Construction's technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and innovation efforts. He partners with business and operational leaders to leverage technology, data, and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, enhance project delivery, and support the company's continued growth. His areas of expertise include technology strategy, cloud and enterprise systems, cybersecurity, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and engineering leadership.
With more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership, Seth has led software engineering, cloud transformation, and product development initiatives across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Clarkson, he served in executive technology leadership roles, helping organizations scale technology platforms, drive innovation, and accelerate growth through strategic technology investments and operational excellence. His experience spans enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, product development, and emerging technologies, with a focus on building high-performing teams and delivering business results.
Seth holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from Iowa State University. He previously served as a member of the Microsoft Azure Digital Natives Advisory Board and continues to support technology innovation through mentorship and advisory work with startups and emerging technology leaders.
Outside of work, Seth enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children. He enjoys golfing, following football, and supporting animal rescue and adoption initiatives.
