Legends East Retail Development

Clarkson Construction Company continues its role in redefining the landscape of western Wyandotte County, Kansas with the continued development of the Legends East area by performing mass grading, paving and utility installation to support a planned Automotive Dealership Plaza.

This project is located at the southeast corner of I-435 and Parallel Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas. The footprint of the project covers over 60 acres. Over 600,000 cubic yards of dirt and rock were excavated to prepare the individual sites for future dealerships, restaurants and retail destinations. Over 6,500 feet of storm sewer was installed in addition to electrical, gas and sanitary sewer to serve the project.
