Employee Referral Bonus Policy

Clarkson and Global are looking for great people, and you can help. New hires that come through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the Company longer, and are a more cost-effective recruit.

That's where you come in! If you know someone who would be a great addition to our teams and meets the requirements of a current referral-eligible open position, please ask them to apply online and include your name as the referring employee in their application.

If your referral is hired by Clarkson or Global, a referral bonus of $2,500 will be paid to you under the following terms and schedule:

  • Referral eligibility: All active employees, except Human Resources and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates, are eligible to refer candidates.
  • The referral must represent the candidate's first contact with the Company. Candidates who have already applied, and temporary, seasonal, contract and former employees are not candidates for whom an employee would receive a referral bonus.
  • The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
  • Only candidates who meet the requirements of the position will be considered. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Company policy. Clarkson and Global are Equal Opportunity employers.
  • After the applicant has been hired and completed 30 days of service, the referring employee will be paid $1,250.
  • After the referral has completed 90 days of service, the referring employee will be paid $1,250.
  • The referring employee must be an active Clarkson or Global employee at time of referral bonus payouts.
