Chad Luedke, P.E.
Design-Build Coordinator

Chad assists in the pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery Projects at Clarkson, encompassing both preconstruction activities and post-award collaboration with design and construction partners. He facilitates communication between construction teams, design partners, owners, and field operations while overseeing design progression and schedules to ensure complex projects are executed efficiently.

Over his 27-year career in the AEC construction industry, Chad has contributed to notable projects including the Kansas Department of Transportation's first design-build project (Johnson County Gateway), the Kansas City International Airport New Terminal Project as joint venture design manager for landside civil scope, the John J. “Buck “ O’Neil Memorial Bridge, and the Kansas Department of Transportation's first progressive design-build project (De Soto Local Roadway Improvements).

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Kansas State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer (KS, MO, and CO). Chad is active in AGCMO and the Project Delivery Partnering Group (KDOT).

A self-proclaimed foodie, Chad enjoys being outdoors with friends and family — fishing, upland bird hunting, and watching his kids play soccer at club and high school levels.
