Buck O’Neil Bridge Design-Build Project Named MAASTO Award Winner

We’re proud to share that the Missouri Department of Transportation’s Buck O’Neil Bridge Design-Build Project has been named the Quality of Life/Community Development (Large Project) Award Winner in the America’s Transportation Awards competition for the Mid-America Association of State Transportation Officials (MAASTO) region.

This transformational project went beyond replacing aging infrastructure and improving traffic flow. It also added shared-use paths, ADA-compliant features, and locally inspired artwork, enhancing accessibility, safety, and community connection for everyone who uses the bridge.
