Our Leadership Team | Bruce Timmons

Bruce leads estimating and preconstruction efforts for Clarkson's heavy civil market while overseeing the project management team. He develops detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for large-scale highway and bridge projects, playing a critical role in the company's competitiveness and ensuring strong execution from planning through delivery.

Bruce brings 25 years of construction industry experience, including project leadership on major highway, infrastructure, and bridge projects from 2006 to 2016, along with more than 20 years of estimating expertise across traditional and alternative delivery methods, including design-build, progressive design-build, and CMGC.

He earned his B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and serves as a long-standing member of the Missouri Department of Transportation AGC Bridge Committee, demonstrating his commitment to advancing infrastructure development across Missouri.

Bruce and his wife, Wendy, have three children. When he's not working, he enjoys cheering on Iowa State athletics and spending time on the golf course.
