De Soto Local Road Improvements Progressive Design-Build Project Named MAASTO Award Winner

We’re excited to announce that the Kansas Department of Transportation’s De Soto Local Road Improvements Project has been named the Quality of Life/Community Development (Medium Project) Award Winner in the America’s Transportation Awards competition for the Mid-America Association of State Transportation Officials (MAASTO) region.
