Aaron leads Clarkson's heavy highway construction operations, overseeing delivery of complex infrastructure projects and managing strategic pursuits. With expertise in alternative project procurement and delivery, risk management, cost estimation, and stakeholder engagement. His leadership emphasizes technical excellence while building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Aaron has spent his entire career in construction, specializing in heavy civil for the past 16 years. He has held key roles in several "first in state" Department of Transportation-funded Progressive Design-Build projects:

Aaron earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Utah State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer with DBIA certification from the Design-Build Institute of America. He is active various industry organizations including the Associated General Contractors of Missouri, Kansas Contractors Association, the Design-Build Institute of America, and American Society of Highway Engineers.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family at local ice rinks — watching, coaching, or playing hockey — and is an avid fisherman. A former foreign exchange student in Germany, he still enjoys speaking German.
