Paragon Star Soccer & Event Complex

Paragon Star, located on the northeast quadrant of a main highway in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, will be a state-of-the-art sports complex and village that will feature new hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues, office space, and housing. Anchored by a large youth sports complex, it will accommodate local and regional tournaments for soccer and other sports, drawing visitors to the area and catalyzing commercial investment in the I-470 and View High Drive corridors.

Clarkson was selected to complete the mass site grading including moving more than 800,000 cubic yards of dirt at the future site. Pending city approval of $30.5 million in tax increment financing bonds this fall, the development team anticipates completing Paragon Star's $16.5 million sports complex and associated facilities, such as bleachers and concession areas, by August 2022. A grand opening for the fields could follow in September 2022.
