Welcome Russ Clayton, Clarkson’s New VP of Risk Management

We're excited to welcome Russ Clayton, CSP, to the Clarkson Construction team as our new Vice President of Risk Management.

Russ brings a wealth of experience in leading safety and risk programs across as variety of industries. He's passionate about crafting safer, more efficient workplaces, and has spent his career helping teams reduce risk, prevent incidents, and strengthen training and compliance efforts.

Before joining Clarkson, Russ served as the Director of Safety and Training at Tilson, where he led safety initiatives across several states and worked closely with teams on construction projects. His hands-on experience and leadership have made him a trusted resource in the field of workplace safety.

Russ holds a master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. He's also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and an OSHA and MSHA-authorized trainer.

As Vice President of Risk Management, Russ will oversee our safety programs, continuing the growth of our culture of safety and encouraging continuous improvement throughout the organization. We're excited to have him on board and look forward to the leadership, knowledge, and experience he brings to the Clarkson team.
